What is Kundalini?

Kundalini is the life force, the creative energy that creates everything, that heals, regenerates, it is the sexual energy, what creates life itself. Ideally, for a more balanced and well expressed version of ourselves, we want to move this energy from the lower chakras to the higher chakras, we want to learn how to circulate the kundalini to recharge, heal, and energize ourselves. When we cultivate and keep this energy awaken in the body we have more vitality, more clarity, more focus, our cells regenerate and heal quicker, we have no limits when we practice this lineage of warrior yogis, Kundalini yoga.

The teachings from kundalini yoga are ancient, they have been found in scriptures and caverns all the way back to Egypt, different lineages and cultures share the same teachings, a lot based on natural laws that were forgotten or hidden in the past hundreds of years. It is not a religion nor a belief system, it is all about having an experience, then it is yours forever, you don’t have to believe on anything.
