Subtle Energy • art show • yoga & soundbath
This Art Show is a reflection on subtle energy, what is it? why does it matter? how do I perceive it? How do you perceive it? I find it fascinating that, for us, humans, to feel subtle energy, within and without us, we have to connect and feel more the physical body! Each cell is like an antenna for energy feeling. We have to awaken them.
That is why I will lead an experience before the exhibition each day, with movement, breath and sound. I will explore ways to increase your perception of your own energy field and surrounds.
